Because what if God wants to give you a new way of living. A new way of doing. What if he desires to build something new for the generations to come through you?
What if he wants to renew your mind ? Wants to direct your paths the kingdom way instead of having to always try out of your own strength. You were never created to do it in on your own. Maybe he’s breaking down the generational strongholds that has held us back for many years.
What if he’s just being a father. Wanting you to lean on him. What if something beautiful comes from just being obedient rather than listening to your feelings.
What if your thoughts are drowning out his still soft voice? What if he’s teaching me his character and the way he created life to be in the first way?
What if you would change your perspective? And realize it’s a privilege and honor that he’s telling you to be still and to lean not on your own understanding so that you don’t have to be controlled by those negative thoughts.
What if you just stop fighting it. Stop trying to find all of the reasons why you shouldn’t have or why you need to be doing and instead look at his character of who he is.
He loves you. And because he loves you he doesn’t want you to do this on your own. But he’s not going to force you to trust him you have to be willing to give your heart to him.
Remember that he won’t harm you. He won’t leave you in the darkness alone but instead he’s safe. He’s your protector. He is with you.
What if he wants you to just focus on him, and as your eyes are on him he’s walking you through the transition so that you don’t have to be scared.
