I think at one point I hit a wall. Currently I don’t have the finances to constantly buy to produce content. And I know one day I will but I had to pray and ask God for direction until that happens. How to work with what I have now. How to share ideas, inspo, and tips.
And I want to share it best way I know how.
This website is moving into the direction of someone who imagines. Using my imagination to create. Creating a wardrobe with the internet at her fingertips. I can’t physically buy everything that I want to create with but I can screenshot and make a mood board. This is the place to share the evolution with each and every one of you.
Before I got to this point, I shrunk into a hole. Feeling inadequate. Feeling like no one will take advice or like my content because I can’t just create the perfect shot or spend money on latest the clothes. I have other responsibilities. It made me feel small or to not want to try. But I remind myself of younger me. A girl that used pants to cut and make a Jean bow tie. The girl who was innovative and never let “lack of” stop her. And for all the younger girls that have dreams too but feel like they don’t have the resources. USE WHAT YOU GOT. Do it the best way you can. God can use your little and turn it into great. Don’t give up. I think this wall allowed me to tear down what tried to block me from reaching for the stars.
Remember to not compare your gift, creativity, art, or journey to someone else. Everyone has to start somewhere. Don’t devalue what God has given you. It’s special.
“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin…” – Zechariah 4:10
